"The 2019 Wehlener Sonnenuhr Riesling Auslese shows a clear and super ripe yet precise and flinty bouquet. Lush and elegant on the palate, this is a rich yet refined and piquant Auslese with elegant fruit, ripe and playful acidity and a stimulatingly salty finish. The wine has a delicate grip and filigreed but firm structure and should age well over decades. It will be a great wine with main courses as well in 20 years. 7% alcohol.
